TP-Link makes solid consumer-level products at excellent prices--there's no question about that.

Whether to go with a PoE switch vs a regular switch/router and several of these injectors is a matter of preference. The trade-offs to consider are that PoE switches are much more expensive, and once that goes down, everything goes down with it. PoE injectors are good if you just have a few devices needed POE. Injectors would require an extra power source near the device, but you can power-cycle the device locally, without having to go all the way to the networking closet.

Rule of thumb: Fewer than four PoE devices, get PoE injector. More than four, get PoE switch.
